Beautiful APT Private Bed & Bath!

I'm looking for a roommate for November 30th. I have a beautiful 1st floor, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment with a newly upgraded kitchen (cabinets and granite counter tops) The apartment is within the Villa Del Rio apartment complex in Warwick, RI - right behind the Warwick Mall.

It's a super convenient location - close to Bald Hill Rd and with easy access to 95 and 295. You have a Target, Trader Joes, Price-Rite, Shaws, and Stop N Shop all under 10 minutes away. The community also has a private fitness center that you can use (You can save some money on a gym membership!)

In terms of the apartments itself: You would have your own private bathroom. The bedroom itself is a very good size. There is a laundry room on every floor of the building that you can use. The rent would be $720/month but that includes all apartment utilities. (The rent for the entire apartment is $1560/month so I'll be the majority so I can take over the master bedroom)

In terms of me: I'm a recent graduate from Suffolk University. I work full-time so you'll hardly see me around except at night. I'm pretty lowkey. I love to cook and spend most of my nights watching too much Netflix. I plan on getting a new kitten as well once I move in - so keep that in mind. In terms of my ideal roommate I just want someone respectful, considerate, and clean. I'm very clean, organized, and hygienic so I would ask the same of anyone living with me.
