One bedroom in spacious apartment!

I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease in this great three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. You will have your own bedroom (hardwood floors, large window) and share one bathroom with one of the roommates. You will be living with two fun, friendly, and outgoing girls in their mid-twenties. They work in media/advertising. The common area includes a spacious living room and kitchen. There is also laundry in the building, an elevator and two rooftop patios that have a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline!

Your lease would start Feb 1, 2016 and end September 30, 2016, with an option to re-sign the lease. Other than the monthly rent + utilities, you would be responsible for a security deposit of $1265. I'll eat the broker fee!

The apartment is conveniently located three blocks away from the L train ( minute walk!) which gets you to Union Square in just 20 minutes. It's also only a 12 minute walk to the J/M subway. The neighborhood is super trendy and exciting with tons of great restaurants, bars and shops around, and of course, the neighborhood is also known for the Bushwick Collective.

I am moving out because I would like to live closer to where I work (Uptown, Manhattan), but I have greatly enjoyed living in Bushwick and with my current roommates!!

The living room, kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. The bedroom will not be furnished.
