Townhouse room at Stadium Village

Description

I am graduating in December and am looking for someone to take over my lease. I live in a townhouse in Stadium Village which is located directly across the street from the Kennesaw State Football Stadium and is a two minute drive away from Kennesaw State University. This is a four bed room townhouse and you will have three other male roommates. All of them are students at Kennesaw State University. The room does have its on personal bathroom attached to the room. The earliest move in date will be December 15th and any day after that works best works for me too. Also the rent for December will be pro rated depending on the move in date. All utilities are included in the monthly rent.
