Sublease 1 Bedroom/1 Bath-Convenien

Ideally looking to sublease my bedroom/bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit in Hibben Ferry Apartments beginning January 1st. Dates are flexible with enough notice. I love the area and my roommate, I'm only leaving for school. My roommate is a 27 year old full time working professional who requests a female only roommate. Your bedroom will be the smaller of the 2 bedrooms with the hall bathroom, however it is for your private use. The lease runs until the end of April with the option of renewing. The apartment is currently furnished but the living room furniture and my bedroom furniture will be leaving when I do. There will be plenty of space for your own furniture if you would like to bring it! There is a washer and dryer that runs great currently in the unit that I am willing to leave behind for $300. I've attached pictures of our apartment with the exclusion of an actual picture of the room for lease (the picture is of the model, as the room is currently being packed up). Your portion of the rent is $580 plus half of the utilities. Cable and Internet are in my name, so you and my roommate will able to workout what services you would like to continue. Water/Sewer is usually about $70 and the Electric is usually around $120 so total you are looking at around $680 a month total. You will need to be approved by the apartment in order to sublease.
