Hello, I have a nice home in Waverly that is walking distance to a YMCA, Library, Farmers Market, Giant, Ace Hardware, Dog-Friendly Parks, Trails, Restaurants, Bus Lines, and Community Gardens. I have one or two rooms to rent, depending on your needs. The bathroom can be private or semi-private since there are two bathrooms. There is only one shower though, so if you are okay sharing the shower it would be semi-private. If not I'd be willing to shower at the Y so you could have an entire bathroom to yourself. I am clean, respectful, and own a dog. I would like to rent to a clean, respectful, dog-friendly female student or professional who is responsible and reliable. The space can be available pretty much as soon as you need it.
