Family rents a room, not furnished in a beautiful community. You must bring your own bed. Includes large closet, shared bath, hot water, right to use the kitchen (should have its own utensils), you can also use a portion of the refrigerator. Laundry in the building.

We are well located, near schools, banks, Publix, Sedano, Wallgreens, Burger King, Public Library, restaurants and much more, an excellent neighborhood.

Only we accept a responsible woman, working full time. Verification of antecedents.

No smoking, no drugs, responsible and do not accept pets and visits from third parties.

To move 1st month rent + $ 500 security deposit

All services are included (electricity, water and High speed Internet)

Familia renta una habitacion, no amoblada en una hermosa y segura comunidad. Debes traer tu propia cama. Incluye amplio closet, bano compartido, agua caliente, derecho a usar la cocina (debe tener sus propios utensilios de cocina), tambien puede usar una parte de la nevera. Lavanderia en el mismo edificio.

Estamos bien ubicados, cerca de colegios, bancos, Publix, Sedano, Wallgreens, Burger King, Biblioteca Publica, restaurantes y mucho mas, un excelente vecindario.

Solo aceptamos a mujer responsable, que trabaje tiempo completo. Verificacion de antecendentes.

No fumadores, No drogas, No drama, Persona responsable y no aceptamos mascotas, ni visitas de terceros.

Para mudarse 1er mes de renta + $500 de deposito de seguridad
