I purchased a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome a few months ago and currently have a roommate that will be leaving at the end of January. I am either looking for 1 or 2 people to move into the bedrooms. There is bamboo hardwood throughout the first floor and carpet upstairs. I will probably be changing it all to hardwood at some point in the future.
I am looking for a clean roommate that will take care of my things and that is always on time with rent/utilities. Rent includes trash and internet and utilities will be split in half or thirds depending if there are 2 or 3 people residing at the home. I have not seen utilities go over $120 and that includes electric and water. I have also turned the garage into a gym which would be free to use. I can send additional photos on request.
