Wonderful West Ashley Apartment

I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment with my wonderful roommate, Erin in a complex called Shadowmoss Pointe. Erin will remain in our apartment, and she has fabulous furnishings and style throughout the common areas. It's a very home-y feeling apartment with a lot of space. Erin is very easy to get along with and friendly. She's quiet, neat, and all around awesome 31 year old professional who's finishing up school and has a steady job. Upon move in, you would have your own private room and bathroom with an excellent walk in closet. We have a washer/dryer in the apartment as well. I currently split utilities, WiFi bills for a reasonable cost of around $100-120/month (power, water and WiFi). We are located in West Ashley, which is a fantastic location close to N. Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and downtown. This apartment is also pet friendly, provided that the cat/dog gets along with my roommates two very mellow cats.
