Big Hall with Lake view in SLU

I am moving to Neptune apartments by mid November.
The unit will be 1-Bed 1-Bath.
I am staying alone, but I needed a bedroom since I have a small home studio setup and I produce music in my part time.
I do not use the hall space at all, so I am planning to rent it out.
I can guarantee that there wont be any music, I do not produce loud music and I am choosing the unit such a way that the hall is not right next to the room. Also, I have sound absorbers in my room.

I am a very friendly person but not a frequently partying type.

The price of aptmt will be approx. 1600. I am planning to rent the living room/hall for 700$.
