2 nice rooms available for female roommates in peaceful 4-bedroom home. Choose the room you want:

YELLOW ROOM
Available immediately
Sliding glass doors, opens on to balcony
Comes with full bed, headboard and nightstand

BLUE ROOM
Available January 1
Has dresser, nightstand and headboard
No bed, but one can be provided

Rooms are not next to each other so there is a private "buffer" space between rooms.

*$450 per month each room
*One bath will be shared between both rooms
*Wi-Fi and all utilities included.
*TV service includes all local channels plus on-demand movies and TV shows from Netflix, Amazon and tons of other streaming channels.
*Washer and dryer in sunny laundry room (you provide your own laundry supplies).
*Smoke-free, drug-free home. There are no children or pets in the house.
*Parking available right in front of the house.
*Nice neighborhood for walking/running outdoors. Near beautiful Exploration Peak Park.
*Prefer no pets. Sorry, no exceptions.
*No parties or loud music.
*Guests are welcome, but prefer no stay overnight stays.
*Car is required to get around as there are no nearby bus lines.

When both rooms are rented there will be a total of 3 people in the house contributing to a clean, positive home environment.

ABOUT YOU
Seeking a female roommate who is responsible, honest, clean, respectful, 30+, works outside the home and has a reliable source of income. Would prefer if you are vegan or vegetarian, but okay if you are not. Positive minded. Deal breakers are people who are noisy, untidy, prone to anger, intolerant or prejudice in any way, and does not help keep the home clean (taking out the trash, vacuuming etc.).
