Roommate needed in Tremont

The Place:
A great two bedroom double in a quiet part of Tremont. The extra bedroom has a walk-in closet and a huge dinning room and kitchen. It's pretty bare at the moment but decorated and has nice homey feeling. There is a large porch and a huge unfinished basement for storage. It is street parking but there is always street parking. Rent is really affordable and utilities are cheap. I only have internet, but you are welcome to get any other amenities. I don't have a TV though. There is only one bathroom but it's clean. The place is very clean with no pets or smoking. Laundry is in the basement, which is huge and empty for storage.
Lease:
It is until June and you will be responsible for half the rent which is $450 and half of utilities. If you want a pet there is a deposit required from the landlord. The landlord used to live upstairs and is a great person and very responsive.
Me:
I am almost 30 year old woman, who has lived here for a year. I am professional and work a lot and am looking for a similar, respectful roommate. No drugs and preferably no pets. This place is way too big for one person. To be honest, I would prefer a female roommate. Please let me know if you have questions.
