Vijay Here .I am From India.I got a 3 bedroom beautiful furnished unit at Short Street Boronia Heights.I am living in Master Bedroom and looking for Tenants in my other two spare big rooms.One Big room is avaliabe from this Sunday, 1 November 2015 and second room will be available on Saturday 14 November 2015. Smoking outside unit is fine.


Features:

Fast unlimited WiFi internet.

Parking space is avilable in socity in common parking .so dont have to worry about that.

Pets not allowed.

Rooms have large ceiling fans


Location:

5min walk to bus stop

4/5 Min walk from IGA Boronia Heights

5 min walk to supermarket and shops

5min drive to browns plains shopping plaza.


Important Points-

For single person Rent would be $145⁄week for each room

For Couple or Two person sharing one room rent would be $200/week

Electricity and Wifi is not included in rent.Internet would be shared by all people on the date 20 of each month and Electricity will be shared by end of three months.

Tenants has to give 2 weeks rent as a bond + 2 weeks rent in advance.
