I am looking for someone who can succeed a part of my lease from January to June 2016. (Only from January to February is also fine because I found a person who wants to live from March.)

The room is available from Dec 14 this year at the earliest. Even in that case, I will still cover the rent for December in full.

You can of course renew the lease for after July 2016 if you want to. Water and sewer are included in the rent, but electricity and cable are not.

The 900 square feet place has an air conditioner, a washing machine(!), a dryer, a fridge, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal and a gas stove. There are two big closets in the bedroom, and two additional storage spaces in the apartment. Although it is NOT furnished, in addition to the things listed above, I can give you a microwave, a toaster, and a hair dryer.

As for the building, there is a nice rooftop deck where you can enjoy barbecue or watching fireworks in summer. The exercise room is available from 9AM to 10PM. Large storage rooms are available for each apartment. There is indoor parking for bikes. For the car users, spacious indoor parking lot is available for about $65 a month (for detail, you need to ask the building intendant).

It is located in a convenient area to go to schools or hospitals such as Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, and UPMC. There are bus stops in 1 minute, which are for 71A, C, 82, 54, and for shuttles of CMU and PITT. CVS, Dollar General are around the corner. You can also reach to supermarkets such as Giant Eagle Market District and Whole Foods Market in 5-10 minutes by bus.
