I have a very clean Room in A House to rent. I am single again, works two jobs, so not always at home. Room has its own privacy, a private clean bathroom, and a closet.
Interested party must have a clean criminal record, have a steady job, clean and easy going. Don't want no Drama. Please no smokers, or drug users of any kind.
Rent is $600 with utilities. House is strategically located in the North Raleigh around New Hope and Buffalo Road.
