GRAD student looking for room

My name is Gabrielle Hutcheson - Donaldson. I am originally from Nassau, Bahamas. I am an international student who attends Samuel Merritt University. I am in my 4th year of podiatry school. I have been out on the east coast since May this year doing my externships. I am currently in Philadelphia and i have to move back to the bay area to finish my core. I had an apartment in lafeyette for about 2 years but I had to move out because my landlord would not allow me to Airbnb my room. So i am currently looking for a long term stay from Nov to the end of May 2016. I am very compliant and quiet.I will be working at places such as Highland Hospital, SF General and VASF during my cores. My hours varies because i will be on call for some of them. How much would it cost for long term stay for my intended stay? I am actually my tuition out of pocket and i have no loans. So i have a budget in mind for my living expenses.
