We're offering a private room in the surrounding area downtown area close to Miami University Hospital Very nice hidden treasure of a modern structured building in the heart of Miami.
The apartment is an 1127sft corner unit on the top floor with a long balcony in seclusion with an amazing view of Miami. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with ample pantry/cabinet space.
Guest Access
Building key access only.
Your key gives you access to the 5th floor building community clubhouse, pool with jacuzzi and gym.
Parking space included.
Guest bathroom is the common bathroom.
Snacks, orange juice and water are available to you.
Clean up after yourself, wiping all kitchen after use and bathroom surfaces frequently.
Replace whatever you use the last of such as dish washing liquid/detergent, washing detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, guest hand towel, paper plates, napkins etc (all of which will be stored away, you'll be informed where) and special food items that we share but we express aren't specifically for guests.
Must give prior notice to having company.
Don't touch the thermostat without permission when we're home and if alone turn back to 74 degrees before leaving.
Always lock balcony and both door locks when leaving.
Key is $50 to replace if lost.
We'll be right across the living room by the kitchen in our room.
Feel free to give either of us a call or text should you need anything.
I cook 3 to 4 times a week and will always offer a plate.
We love to go out to eat!
