Description

We have a room in our home to rent. Asking $550 for furnished room with twin bed, small dresser, closet, etc. Private bath/shower. Shared kitchen & laundry. Parking on our property. No pets, and no kids here full time (some weekends, older child) All utilities included, cable & internet as well. Close to 40/440, downtown Raleigh, Garner, Clayton, Cary. No bus line. Grocery store strip mall across the street.
We are a quiet but fun, family oriented couple. No smoking, only social drinking, no drugs whatsoever, no drama and please be grown. We aren't signing up to be parents,(you would be surprised), just renters, and if more, friends. We work hard and then relax hard :)
