Rooms are big and have big closets. The house has a lot of character and charm and we love it here! There are 5 parking spots behind the house. Street parking is also available.

The house is located off of Merritt Mill, many students live on the street and around here. Easy walk or bike to campus. Rent is $2900/month, not including utilities. The house is very spacious and very nice! We'd like to stay but we are unable to because some of our roommates moved out and we can't pay their portion of the rent.
