A very nice and quiet complex tucked away from the main roads but still very close to highways and the surrounding cities. It takes me approximately 15 minutes to get to M5 from this location and it is about 2 miles away from I-696.

Room for rent is the spare bedroom, 11' by 10.5' with your own full bathroom. Bathroom does not have private access directly from the bedroom, but is 2ft down the hall and separated from the rest of the apartment by an angle in the hallway. Room has a closet with folding doors and a linen closet right by the room entrance. One window looking out onto the walkway at the apartment entrance.

Living room is mostly furnished but no TV. I have a dining set and a small couch, and my office is currently set up in the living room. Kitchen is shared but plenty of cupboard space left. Electric stove/oven.

Washer and dryer in-unit, in a separate laundry/utility room. There is also a sliding glass door leading to a small patio in the back of the apartment.

Non-assigned parking with a small lot for this section of apartments. There is a one-car garage attached to this apartment but I am reserving this space for myself. I can help you on some maintenance on your vehicle if needed.

The apartment clubhouse offers breakfast on Mon, Weds, and Fri. There is a concierge mail service available but I have no idea how much it costs. Seasonal tennis courts (still open), heated pool (now closed for the season), and a fitness center available 24hrs/day.
