You split electric, water & sewage.. NEWLY RENOVATED!!!! Security deposit $350... If something happens to the house, nobody act like they don't know what happened. Security deposit will be taking from everybody to cover the damage Me or somebody will come by at least once a month to check up on the house, to make sure everybody is doing good, and I will be taking feedbacks on how I can make things better for the tenants. $35 application fee.
