Need Fed Hill Roommate

Description

My girlfriend and I are moving out of our house in Federal Hill soon and are looking for roommates for our new house. We have not chosen a new house so you would be included in the process of picking out a house.

We are willing to pay more than half rent because there is two of us. Our max is between $1000-1100. We would like a sizeable living room. Big enough for L couch and large TV. I already have the TV. We also want a kitchen big enough for a few people to be in at the same time.

A deck / patio would be nice and we are open to pets (especially dogs).
