The address is 846 Modesto, South Lake Tahoe, which you can get an idea from maps. The place is walking distance from the lake. It is right in the middle between the Y and the casinos.

Room available November 7th. Rent is $450 a month not including internet, water, utilities, and cable. Utilities and stuff run between $60 to $80 a month (during the summer time it drops down). I am asking for a $500 deposit.

I'm looking for someone who will be kind, clean, and want a peaceful place to call home. Whoever is my roommate would enjoy the place to themselves often due to on my days off I travel to Sacramento and mainly only home 4 days a week.

A little bit about myself, I am a 30 year old and kinda new to Tahoe. I don't know anyone, so you don't have to worry about a party home or a lot of people coming over. I don't smoke; I don't do any drugs, and really never drink. I work a lot, so really never home and often go to Sacramento on my days off.
