This apartment space is located within The Reserve at Gateway, a luxry apartment complex with high-end amenities and an overall "prestigious" atmosphere.

The rent will be split and I am more then willing to accomodate any specific requests to ensure a mutually satisfiable coexistence between our two parties.

I am looking for another individual in need of living arrangements to assist in splitting the rent and also, if desired, exchanging resources such as transportation and establishing a friendly relationship.

I am an aspiring entrepreneur who spends most of his free-time creating content on the Internet and playing video games. I also enjoy spending time with my friends whenever I am presented with the opportunity.
