I'm offering temporary and long term accommodation in a 3 bedroom, 3 story furnished townhouse with wall to wall carpet, high ceiling living room, front yard, roof top deck, 2 car garage, laundry facilities in basement. Rent is $750 for larger room and $650 for smaller room (utilities, internet, gas and water paid separately). Temporary accommodation is $45 per night for larger room and $35 per night for smaller room. Security deposit depends on length of stay. In door parking is an extra $100 per month, street parking is free. There is a move in fee of $300 for long term stay and a credit check fee of $40. Must be clean, responsible and respectful
