Description

I am renting a home in Warren near 8 1/2 and Van Dyke. I need a roommate to share the expenses. $400 a month and half the utilities. Its a 3 bedroom, but the 3rd small one is being used for an office. One shared bathroom. It has a basement, washer and dryer, and has been remodeled. I am pretty quiet, have a 1 dog and 2 cats which are friendly, please no partiers or smokers. Food is your own and we will figure out the other necessary things we will need. We are responsible for the grass and snow. Have a lawnmower and a snow blower. I have internet. Not a lot of storage space in the basement, my stuff takes up most of the room. Also the rest of the house is furnished, so if you don't have many possessions, that would be good. Like I said, I do like it quiet, so I am not a fan of small children visiting. Overnight guests either unless its talked about ahead of time. Don't mean to sound picky, but since its my home, I need to be. I am princesskjo36
Require security deposit of 1 1/2 months rent, this protects both of us. & also proof of income, & background check. Partial month to month lease also required. No section 8 please. gee mail
