Seeking Female Roomie in Med Ctr

Description

The unit is an upstairs 2/2, So you'd have your own bed and bath, plus kitchen and washer/dryer privileges. Utilities are included in the rent price. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and laundry/utility cart, as shown in the picture.

I don't have pets, and I prefer that you not have any, either. (I'm also allergic). I consider myself friendly and fairly laid back, and I really only have two huge pet peeves: 

1.) if you plan on having your boyfriend/girlfriend stay the night more than 3 days of the week, they'll have to share the rent, too. I've dealt with unofficial roommates before, and prefer not to again.

2.) Please conserve electricity and turn off lights if you're not using a room. It adds up. :/
