Room for rent in spacious apartment, $525/mo, need filled by end of July - Wallingford, CT

Young couple looking for roommate. (25 and 23 years old)
Must be clean, mature, and responsible. 420 friendly. Must be open-minded and not judgmental, we are eccentric.

Need this spot filled by the end of July.

Room for rent is in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment (entire second floor of a house, not sure on the square footage but it's huge).
$525/mo, $1050 up front for half of first month and security. 1 year lease.
We are renewing the lease, our current roommate is not allowed to renew due to him damaging the apartment, throwing parties all of the time, and generally ticking off the landlord. The security was in his name so we need to put down a new deposit to renew.

Heat and hot water is included, electricity is only ever maybe $50-$60/mo and yes we want roommate to help pay their portion (current roommate has never paid and it's been a huge financial burden).

Pets are okay and smoking is okay. Apartment is located right by Westbrook Lobster in Wallingford.
