I am looking for a single housemate to share my home. It is an old exposed post and beam home, it is also fully equipped and furnished. My home is clean and well kept. You should be also.

House is located off rt 8 exit 21 and is about 20 min to New Haven and 30 min to Bridgeport.

Share utilities, $750 per month or Utilities included $900.

Perfect location, Less than a minute from RT8! There is a stone patio and a large "very private" sun deck. The back yard sits on the Naugatuck River and is a great spot for kayaking and fishing. The property has a dock for launching a kayak. Laundry included W/D. There is also off street parking. I have a dog and she is a sweet coconut retriever, she has the run of the house and she is NOT looking for a friend. Sorry NO pets.
