I have 2 rooms for rent. The the location is close to downtown, schools and hospital. All utilities will be included. There is Wi-Fi. There is off street parking. Please no smokers or illegal drug users. This is a clean and friendly environment. There is not a private bath, however there are 2 bathrooms. The price is $450.00 per month with a $150.00 refundable deposit.
