Hi Everyone, I am looking to rent out the guest room and bathroom in my home at the end of the month. Located in Southern Highlands () , you will have an above averaged spaced roomed and private bathroom. Amenities include full access to a large kitchen, Living room with a ” TV, spacious backyard compared to most Vegas properties, In house washer and dryer, garage parking, storage space, Pool & Jacuzzi Access, all in a gated community with security watch. As well as a two stoplight drive from plenty of restaurants, banking, and grocery shopping. I have a very friendly female Doberman who loves company and cuddling.

The room will be available February 1st and if you need it sooner it can be open for discussion. On top of the monthly rent a security deposit of $ is all I ask for in case of lease breakage.
