Hey everyone! Me and my partner are looking for roommate… We’re a Gay couple if y’all must know. We have a beautiful Room for rent in our home in a quiet neighborhood. I’m asking $a month for rent includes Water - Electric - Wifi - cable/ The home will include shared living space ( Laundry Room /Kitchen / Bathroom / front and back patio seating ) The home sits in a cul-de-sac with a fenced back yard outdoor / indoor patio that is used as a pet room and an above ground pool that is maintenance often. The ideal roommate would be someone who is CLEAN NEAT and ORGANIZED as we are !!!! I’m very persistent with whoever moves in they are clean and organized. It will not work if you are not….looking for Someone who is friendly I don’t want to be uncomfortable in my home as I’m sure you wouldn’t either.
