Hi friends! Looking for a female roommate to rent in a B condo in prime Toluca Terrace / NoHo Arts District neighborhood. 🛋️

You will have your own private room with closet as well as your own personal bathroom. Including shared living spaces, kitchen, and balcony. Parking will be on the street, with plenty of availability. Storage space available in attached garage if needed.

This is a new build from and all the appliances (fridge, stove, in unit W/D) are high end Samsung and LG. Lots of morning, afternoon, and evening sun coming from three different walls with large windows.

Afternoon breeze, peaceful but also happening neighborhood, walking distance to grocery store, bars, restaurants, and gyms.

I am a freelance wardrobe stylist and have turned the additional bedroom into my fitting studio, so as far as roommates it’s just me living in the house. The vibes and energy here are good. Big mood lighting girl. Emphasis on a yummy smelling home. So please no pets. 🐩

I’ve meticulously furnished this space over the years and the third bedroom has opened up ready to move in on February 1st (flexible with an earlier move in if needed). This is a townhome and has 3 floors. The 1st floor is the garage, the 2nd floor includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony- and the bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor.

I am looking for a female roommate who is clean, responsible, and communicative. I am a very laid back and chill individual who occasionally loves to cook and create a warm environment for guests. I also travel a lot, so there are times you’ll have the space to yourself.

Rent is $ and we will split utilities (WiFi, Gas, Electric, Water, Trash). WiFi is monthly and everything else is bi-monthly.
