Description

Looking for someone to rent a small room in a shared house for $/month, plus utilities (split with the other tenants). The room is simple but cozy—great for someone who wants an affordable spot. You’ll also have access to the kitchen, living room, a bathroom, and a washer and dryer.

A couple of house rules: no pets and no smoking (anywhere, inside or outside). We’re hoping to find someone responsible and easygoing who will keep things clean and chill.

You’ll need proof of income or a job to move in.
