• Pets: One cat lives here already, so no additional pets, please!

About me (your roommate):
Hey there! I'm Tev, in my late s, working as a teacher here in Santa Monica. I love being close to the ocean and experiencing the beauty around these parts and Venice.
I'm into movies (always love recommendations!), making music, and doing other creative projects in my downtime. I rent a studio space for music, so most of my playing happens there — not too much at home! I’m a pretty relaxed, easygoing person, but I’m also social and love good conversations.
I work in the mornings, so I’m usually up around 7 a.m. to leave, but I’m easygoing about schedules if you’re more of a night owl. Respecting each other’s space is important, and I to keep the place clean without being over-the-top about it.
Ideally, I’d love to find a roommate who appreciates a balance between independence and community, values open and respectful communication, and feels at home in a space that’s calm, friendly, and LGBTQ+ affirming. (Unfortunately, I can’t deal with conservatives — sorry!)
