***Looking for 1 FEMALE tenant to rent 1 individual room within a shared property- minutes from UCF and main shopping centers and restaurants.***

- Renting out 1 furnished individual room in my house, with its own bathroom.
- I am the other person living in the property in one of the other rooms
- only accepting female roommates
- looking for someone who has a similiar schedule to me. Works or studies during the day and sleeps (or is at least quiet) through the night.
- Rent is $ a month including utilities

- Minimum lease duration would be 6 months; preferably a year
- Spacious backyard, in unit laundry
- Garage and long driveway could fit two additional cars

A little about me: I am year old UCF alumni who works in financial services. I work from home 2 days a week. The other 3 days I am in the office from . I am super clean and considerate. I have also been rooming with other female individuals since so I am very familiar with it. In my free time I like to take walks, workout, chill and watch netflix, and travel. I do like my alone time but willing to share time with my roommate as well. Mainly, I care that you have the same or a similar schedule to mine, are considerate, clean and have a good rental history.
