Monthly rental for working female

Description

I am looking for a female roommate. It would be $ all inclusive. Includes a fully furnished room, bathroom. Centrally located near Coral Gables/ Coral Gate. I am a single mother and I have 2 cats so you must be pet and child friendly. My rule is no men in the house! Must have references and I must be able to do a background screening. This is on a month to month basis.
