Nice little place!

Description

I have a room for rent. It’s a half plex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Has washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. I’ll have pics of the room soon but it’s the same flooring and is about a ’ with a fairly good sized closet. There is a small backyard with a patio.
Neighborhood has its own gym size swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and grassy area. Close to the freeway. About min to downtown or Roseville. Rent is $ flat rate. I pay internet/utities. If interested I can send more photos. I pretty much have everything so if you just had a bedroom set this is a good place. I’ve always had female roommates but I’m ok with males too
