Room for rent in Fayetteville!

Hello! My name is Sammi and I am renting an unfurnished room in my bathroom home. It is all hardwood flooring and the bathroom is obviously shared. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all fully furnished and open for use as are the washer and dryer. I have a 3 year old female labrador/mastiff mix, no other dogs or cats will be allowed due to the lease (small animals and reptiles are fine). I keep the house at degrees and that is my only non negotiable lol. I clean up throughout the week and deep clean every sunday, i’m not a neat freak by any means, but I do not like food/trash mess to be left for any amount of time.
