I have a room for rent in a 3 bd 1 ba ranch style home. the bedroom is 100sqft and has a nice window and ample closet space. The location is close to Gateway TC for immediate access to all public transportation. There is a fully fenced yard, seperate garage and lots of shared space. Out back there is a 500sqft garden for growing amazing plants and veggies! Awesome! A wonderful wood pellet stove is in the living room and provides a cheap heating alternative! I cannot have any pets. I do have a cat, but that is all that is allowed. I am interested in a single individual only, sorry, no couples! The house has a laundry room with W/D. All other major appliances are present as well. it is also a very 420 friendly residence, so not to much of a childrens environment. If you have kids that is great, I just don't think its the right place for them.
