Room in house for $500/mth

Description

Super easy going mid-20s female (who works in Advertising) looking to rent out two average sized bedrooms for $500/mth. Looking for some peeps who's down with drinking wine on the porch, binge watching Netflix and ordering guilt-free pizza on the occasion (male/female, no preference).

The house is pretty much fully furnished except for a TV, so it's definitely a plus if you have one (and Xbox, but PS4 will do). The bedrooms have a few dressers in them, but I can arrange to have them removed if you don't want them.

The house is a 1 minute walk from the lakeshore street car line that will take you straight downtown in about 40 minutes, Humber College in 10, or you can easily take one bus up to the Bloor/Isslington subway line in about 15 minutes.

Average sized backyard with shed and gardening space if desired.

I will likely add you on Snapchat and occasionally cook you mediocre meals.
