Hi there,
I'm a creative lady that works in marketing. I have a design background, so I like modern design and graffiti art. I have a really active social life and enjoy having friends over here and there. I have a small 15 lb dog that is the sweetest lil' lady. I like to keep things tidy and my place looking good. The place was just painted and new carpets just went in.

I'm looking for a roommate that is awesome on the daily. Bonus points if you are on the creative side. You are responsible, and like to keep a clean house. You can let your hair down and have a bit of fun here and there. You love dogs ( I may be willing to have another dog if the dog was small, potty trained, and got along with my little lady) Your room has a large closet and a storage closet in the garage. Lots of light as we are on the top floor. The bathroom is shared.

The apartment has an AMAZING location. 2 blocks to all the restaurants, shops, and bars on Judah as well as the N Judah. It is 6 blocks to GG Park and of course you can ride your bike to the ocean. You can be in Upper Haight in 15 mins. The kitchen is all new (a bit small) and the living space is open and bright with a sliding door to the fire escape. There is laundry in the building.


I have the garage although, I may be willing to part with it for an additional cost.
