This is a Mobile/Manufactured home that has 3bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and approximately 1,022 square feet. Entire house is furnished. The one bedroom available is furnished with a twin sized bed, desk, and nightstand. Private bedroom, shared bathroom with one other female. Gated community with lots of visitor parking and a spot in the two car driveway available. Brand new like wood floors, no carpets. Includes all appliances, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, stove and fridge. I do not allow any pets or children as we have two small cats already. High speed internet and cable with HD, HBO, Sports packages.

A little bit about us.

One 22 year old and one 23 year old females. We're both pretty friendly, down to earth kind of people. Mature, responsible and hard working individuals. We both work pretty busy schedules everyday, I normally work 7-5 pm shift and she works 10-13 hr shifts. So we don't have time to do much through the week but weekends are our down time and usually spent relaxing, hanging out with friends.

We're looking for someone who shares similar qualities. Clean, honest and can pay rent on time. No drama, or drugs please.
