I have one room available in a nice, large house! The house is located in a nice neighborhood in Dewitt right off Jamesville Rd! It is 10 minutes to downtown Syracuse, 5 minutes from Lemoyne, and very close to Erie Blvd and Fayetteville! The house has a large kitchen, large living room, dining room, sun porch, den, finished basement, washer/dryer, 2 and a half baths, AC, a generator for when the power goes out, and a large yard! The yard is being fenced in this summer. I have two cats and a medium sized dog that is very friendly and well behaved! I would consider a small to medium sized dog but it must be VERY well behaved and friendly! No cats please mine typically don't like other cats.
