Rent is $/month and I do NOT require a deposit. There will be a total of 3 adults max living in this townhouse including myself (owner/landlord). The upstairs bedroom for rent has nice bright pot lights in the vaulted ceiling, new bamboo wood flooring, horizontal blinds on the window and mirrored closet doors. The townhome is adjacent to the pool and hot tub in the Daybreak La Mesa community. The 3-story split-level townhouse has vaulted ceilings, 3 bedrooms, a living room, small TV room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and 3 full bathrooms. The whole townhouse is SF with its own interior laundry room on the lower level with a full-size washer and dryer. The living room has a fireplace and opens onto the patio. The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances. The unit has central AC and heat. Utilities (SDG&E, Cox Cable/Internet, Water/Pool) will be split between the 3 Roommates.
