I’m moving to Sarasota and need to sublease my room at Union on Fletcher by January. I’ve loved living here for the past couple of years—it’s a fantastic apartment complex with great amenities!

The room is in a apartment shared with my wonderful roommate who’s graduating as a Psychology major in the Spring. She’s super nice, keeps to herself, and is a great person to live with.

The lease ends on July . The rent is $ per month. I also pay for a reserved parking spot in the garage that is optional which is $ per month.
