7 min. drive to Rowan university. 1 room in a 4 br townhouse. You’ll have the first floor bedroom and half bath to yourself. There’s also an extra full bath on the 3rd floor. Currently 1 roommate, a twentynine year old professional female. Room can be furnished with a bed/dresser/small couch if you need. Living room is furnished with a couch, etc. house is newish so some of the pics are before a new coat of paint and all the decor 😊. Washer and dryer in unit.
