Free rent/utilities for pet nanny

Hello!
I'm offering the spare room in my Garden District house in exchange for a homebody who loves animals and a tidy house. I have two very sweet dogs and two even sweeter twin sister kitties. I work very long hours as a bar manager, and it helps my peace of mind tremendously knowing someone is home looking after my furry kiddos.

I've had this arrangement several times, and with the right petson, it's always worked out great (references available).
