Transition of Lease

Hello. I'm a hospital professional getting transferred to another area. Trying to find someone to take over my lease to avoid an expensive penalty. Looking to move out in the next couple of weeks. This place is great, safe and I have lived here for 2 years. It's a large 2 bedroom to bathroom apartment. The closets and kitchen are huge. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, but no balcony. Great amenities.
