Student Accommodation in the Summer

Hi all! I'm looking for someone to take over my student flat lease from th August. It's a ensuite room with 3 others female flatmates who will likely be moved out at this stage

Rent is currently £ which is quite expensive as I understand so I would be very open to negotiating/discount. All bills included, such as water, electricity, WiFi, access to common room, private and large dining area which is always free and a private gym (Also has its own small cinema!). The building also has a very helpful reception.

The accommodation is a brilliant location ( Montrose Terrace, EHAF) It is a min walk to Prince's St, 5 minutes to the royal mile and Arthur’s Seat and the immediate areas have loads of cute coffee shops.
