I rent half a duplex in Joelton off of a and will have a room for rent as my current roommate is moving out in June. It’s 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom so you’d have a private (unfurnished) room but all other spaces are shared. It’s quiet and about minutes from both Nashville and Clarksville.
